recomendation on secondary rod/hanger

I have a 355 sbc with: Dart 2.02 heads, weiand action + intake, XE268 cam, headers and duels, th350 trans, & 3:55 gears. The carb is a stock 79 vette quadrajet. I want to retune the secondarys where should I start? Can I get parts from summit or jegs? I have heard of that one carb web site too.

Sorry I know this question has been asked a thousand times and the answer is probably DR rods and a B hanger but summit does not carry it. What they do carry is: cc, ce, ck,ay,cl rods and b, g, k, p, v hangers. For my setup what would be the best combo?

I came accross these on-line. Are they all garbage?
Hangers in this set are, H, J, K, N and S. The secondary metering rods are CV, CH, CT, DB and CZ.

If you can find someone that has the part numbers you can get the dr rods from www.gmpartsdirect.com and you should be able to get your b hanger from summit. I know that that part number has been on here before because I used it to order mine.

I dont know but I think I remember seeing a chart of them in the tech arcticle section of the board that gave the different measurments of the different rods so you could compare.

I have the CK from summit and the B hanger which helped my CCQ-jet. I tend to rev up the old 305 all the time now that it has new found power ( new rodds/hanger,no cat, open air filter,1.6 rockers, adjusted AV flap, advanced timing) Need to try them on the non-CCQ-jet on the 77vette.

Well I rebuilt the carb and got a set of CK hangers and B rods. The carb seems to leak but I cant tell from where exactly. I do see it dripping of the primary butterfly rod on passangers side. It also cuts out in the high rpms. What do I do now?

oh ya and after the car is warmed up it is really hard to restart. It think it is because the gas is leaking into the intake and flooding the car. Not sure though. Where could it be leaking from? The bace plate where it is coming from isnt even connected to the fuel bowl. I noticed their is an adjustment for the primary hanging rods. In what instance would you need to richen or lean out your primary rods or should they be left in the stock setting. I will be installing my A/F gauge and sensor soon so that should help.
BTW tried out the 50 shot of N2O and boy does she pull hard in 1st.
