holley sniffer test

Im currently running a holley 600 carb with the vacuum secondars on my 91 camaro 350 with a california emisions legal cam. I was wondering if I prevented the back barells from getting fuel, and lean the front barrels, could I possibly pass the emmisions test, I have a brand new cat, and full exhaust with no leakes. Or if anybody else knows anything else I can do to help me pass, thanks I need more time so I can put a tpi kit on my car

You should be able to pass with ease. You might not even have to do anything to the carb...I'd give it 50/50 it'll pass as is.

If you really wanna be on the safe side..just open up a couple small vacuum leaks..like one or both of the small ports under the front of your carb. Then lower the idle speed to compensate and call it good.

Stop a block before the emissions place and do it...then stop a block after and fix it.

That's usually what I do along with reducing the timeing a little... watch for the glowing headers too! Visual is what kills me
