My system... does this sound good??

Ok... here's what I have now...

4x6 Infinity Plates **don't fit right so I don't really use them at all**
6x9 Pioneer 3-Ways **sound horrible think they're busted**
2 Rockford Fosgate Punch 12" subs (200W each and 8 Ohms)
1 Rockford Fosgate 100.2 2 Channel Amp
Sony Xplod Head Unit 52x4 W

Ok here's what I want. I am taking my 4x6's... and my 6x9's back to Circuit City **I have the warranty and if anyone has had this you know how good the warranty is**
That will give me roughly about $230-$250 To spend there. I am going to sell my Amp, I paid $150 on it and used it for 2 months, anyone have any ideas how much I could get for it?? I have $150 right now and will be getting about another $75 in another 2 weeks. My friend is buying some stuff from me so that's another $35 I will get. I will have about $500 or so. I'm going to order a pair of DJSexay Kick Panels for the front. I was wondering. If I get a good 5¼ or 6½ Component Set and put that up front in the kicks would I really need anything in the back? I'm usually the only person driving my car because I drive it to school, work, and soccer and that's it. I'm not looking for a competition winning system but I want it to sound good. I really want the LEAST amount of bass and I want it to be very clear in my mids and highs. If the component set runs me $250 or under at circuit city I could use the other $250 on amps. I will check on eBay for amps but I also know a lot of people at school who are selling their amps for bigger ones. OR should I keep my 100.2 RF Punch Amp.... use that on the Compnent set... and buy another amp **i'm guessing at least 300W** for my subs? What I really want are
Suggestions for Component Set **least bass and really clear**
Should I get anything in the rear 6x9 slot?
and Which amps should I get? Keep the 100.2 for the comp set or sell it and buy other amps?

Thanks in advance!

I would go to a real audio shop one that does custom stuff. Just look around tell them your price range see what they can do for you. I would keep the 4*6's"whatever brand you like" in the dash, in the rear try maybe a midrange and tweeter combo.

you want the better speakers up front, a mid and tweeter in the back will completely pull the stage to the rear if it's competing against a pair of 4x6 coaxes.

My vote is for components up front, no back speakers.

Ok... I'm going with Comp. Set in the kicks up front. Can I use my current 100.2 RF Punch amp on these? Or do I need a 4 Channel amp??
