If you want something inexpensive and sound good spend or save a little more money and go to circuit city and buy the 12 inch MTX thunder 4000 for $99 a pair, or buy one get one free. I have a set in my 1987 Trans Am, with a Rockford Power 200a1 sub amp connected to them!! they really pound! If your are looking for an Amp, go Rockford!
Don't buy any Car audio products from Walmart(execept the head units)!!
