Please help with clarion!!!
I've got a 7675 and when ever I turn on the radio it pops loud as hell same thing when i change radio stations??? Also I get ground loop now. I just took out a crappy sony head unit and it didn't do any of this. I've got a 5 channel clarion amp hooked up to all 4 of the interior speakers and a kenwood sub. Also if anyone has a clarion instruction manual that would help a lot. It's got 2 yellow fused (15 and 3 amp) wires a red wire and a black wire. I need to know what the 2nd yellow wire is for.

You definitely have a grounding problem. Redo the stereo and amp grounds first. If the problem remains, unplug the antenae and test it out. If it still remains, then you might have a problem with the deck itself.
About the 2 fused wires:
Is this your stereo?
If it is, their web site says this deck has a dimmer built in; so I would guess the 3 amp wire is for the dimmer.
If so, you could connect it to the wire that runs your heater/ac lights, or just leave it disconnected.

Cool! one problem solved ..... one to go
You might want to check your remote power wire then. Amps will usually pop pretty loud when they initially get power if there is no signal being sent to them yet.
Some of the high end amps actually keep the channels from becoming active until an audio signal is detected on the RCA's - this stops the pop.
Another way people get rid of the amp pop is to use a time delay on the remote wire to hold off powering up the amp until the deck sends a signal down the RCAs.
Are you running any of your speakers off of the deck itself? If so, disconnect power to the amp and see if you still get the popping.
I think you have a litle more troubleshooting to do before you can figure out why it's popping like that.
Good luck!

I'm running all the speakers off a clarion 5 channel amp so i'm not using the internal amp for anything. I think I might try putting a jump wire between the remote and power on the amp to see if it still pops.

Yea, that sounds like a good idea.
If you still have the problem with the jumper wire, then try disconnecting the speakers one at a time - testing in between - to see if you have a problem with one of the speaker leads.
Lemme know what happens,
Thomas.
