Alternatives to Dynashield?

Alternatives to Dynashield?
I was looking at the auto parts store today and was wondering if rubberized undercoating might work as well as Dynashield. Plus that stuff is a lot cheaper than Dynashield. Just curious.

I've read that this is the same as Dynamat, but alot cheaper.

Thanks, but my wife already bought me some Dynamat and some Dynashield. I ran out of the Dynashield and was looking for a cheap alternative to Dynashield.
