Stock amp
My Iroc has the ERS system, which means somewhere is a factory amp. Question is, where is it? I'd like to install a better amp, and maybe use the stock wiring.

pretty sure most cars got the badge without the system. basically it was just slightly better speakers in the rear. there is no amp

Re: Stock amp
basically I had the wiring kit, but still had to hunt down the amp wire to turn them on.

which means somewhere is a factory amp.
The only Thirdgens that got FACTORY amps were the Firebirds with a the "Subwoofer" system ('GAIN' button on the dash ) or a Camaro with the factory BOSE option. ( says 'BOSE' on rear speaker panel )
