I'm a retailer ...got an email from them......has your stereo ever been activated? Also try resending signal ......Chanel zero is you xm serial number. Enter this on xmsirius resend signal page.don't touch any buttons for a couple minutes.

It doesnt even do the 184 channel now. Just call to subcribe. No biggy thou, I dont drive it that often.. Just so happens I have it today.
