4ga is not thick enough for that sub amp. you need 1/0ga to your distro block. then 4ga out of there to your amps. you really need a capacitor, and a second battery to be running that sub amp too, but you might get by for awhile.
4ga is fine for your mid/high amp.
as far as fuses. i dont really know the answer to that. hahaha

an 80 should suffice for your sub amp, you need at least one cap for the sub amp, possibly one for the 4ch. Definately another battery, a 140amp alt, and a #0 wire to the dist block, possible a #2, and at LEAST 4g to the sub amp, and at LEAST 4g to the 4ch. sub amp probably will want #0

Re: My New System. What do you guys think?
4 gauge is fine for you power wire. That orion amp puts out no where near 2400 watts. As well as the RF does not put out 900 watts. The claims on both of these amps are false. The rockford 301x puts out approx 350watts rms bridged. and about 40x4 per channel @ 4 ohms. You'll never see 900 watts out of it.
The orion since you are only running 1 sub rated at 600 watts rms, you'll most likely leave it set to pull (2 ohms since thats the configuration of the voice coils) of power from the amp which puts out 800 at 4 ohms, 800 would most likely be too much on the Orion sub. 800 watts can be done right, but many subs can only see a little more than their rated power while others can take almost twice the amount.
To summarize, if you run the sub @2 ohms then you will be fine running 4 gauge wire. Just be easy on the gains and bass boost, otherwise you can run the chance of overpowering your sub.
On the otherhand.. pick up another sub, upgrade to 1/0 and run at 1200 watts @ 1 ohm, you'll be happier and get your moneys worth
Hope this helps
