what amp for Kicker CVR's
I have 2 12" Kicker CVR's and they are dual 2ohm voice coil. I was thinking about a Kx600.1 amp but I would like to hear some suggestions on how to spend my $300.

the rms is around 500 right?so you need 500 watts rms @ either, 2 or .5 ohms.....i'd look at the hifonics bx1500d (like 240 shipped) it's overrated but you'd get around 400 watts........you could get 2 profile amps for under 130 shipped probably......profileusa.com. the 600.1 is a great amp and i believe it puts out 725 watts bridged.there's the directed refurbs off ikesound going for $175 + shipping.

ive never owned the amp, but i've heard from people that have owned the amp that it actually puts out 725 watts (kicker rates their amps at 13.8 volts) instead of the usual 14.4 volts like most companies......my hifonics is rated at 14.4 volts so when my car runs at 13ish volts im getting around 900watts rms.........or somewhere in that area........
