putting in another stereo and amps too

well, all i can say is it takes time to do it right.
just can't believe what i had to take apart to run the cabling inside the car.
nonetheless, it's going

on the head unit, a clarion drx6175 with dual rca's
can i use the blue/white wire to be the turn on signal for the two amps and power antenna?
i am running one blue line to the rear amps (45rms and 75rms sony's), and was going to connect one to the other
then connect the line to the head unit. the head units say it's a low power output (like for turning on the antenna)
will this work?
i have the power wire, ground wire, and accessory wires for the unit marked off. i should be good to go right?

If it only has one wire then thats the one to use. some HUs have a blue wire and a blue/white for the antenna wire which will only work when the radio is one. I would add in a relay just to be on the safe side so you don't burn out the remote wire output from the radio.

thats a good idea, i'll see if i have one to use, if not i was also thinking about hooking it to the acc. line which is on when the key is on or in acc.

For the antenna that would be ok but for the amps don't do it. You will most likley get turn on pop when you turn on the stereo and the amp will already be powered. This can damage speakers

i have everything hooked up, and tweaked out

right now i have the amps hooked to the acc line and so far it's ok.
45 amp for front, 75 for the rear
new pioneers upfront, kenwoods in the panels
the head unit and amps are 12+ years old and still sound amazing

i was really impressed how nice it sounded.
i didn't hear to much of a pop when i turned the system on, i know the drawback is they will always be on, but she always uses the radio so no biggie

i just can't believe how long it took to do it, and i'm still not done, i have to put everything else back together now, hopefully that all goes well

If you hooked to the acc wire (the red one) everything should shut off when you shut of the car. If you hooked to the b+ (yellow) then it will stay on...which did you use? oh, and blue/white is usually REM and blue is usually power antenna.
