I want a setup that I can put in the spare tire compartment, and Ive been looking at the infinity basslink for awhile. Everyone says its pretty good. But I also tried to piece together a setup for about the same price of a sub/amp combo. I'm stuck between the basslink or an Audiobahn A4002T amp and Alpine SWR-1021D or Rockford Fosgate P310D2. The Alpine would be slightly over powered, it says 150W per voice coil, and that amp is 200Wx2. Would this be very bad? I'm wondering what if its worth it to do the sub/amp comb vs. the basslink. Am I going to gain that much better of sound or more bass? I'm not too concerned with being able to upgrade and what not, I just want good bass but not any insane teenage dirtbag bass. Please chime in stereo gurus :lala:

that alpine will be fine slightly over powered...be careful setting your gains or even get them set professionally and it'll last. Overpowering is better than underpowering most of the time.
