Kenwood Excellon or Clarion?

Kenwood Excellon or Clarion?
I have a Kenwood radio with Satellite radio in my GTA at the moment. I'm going to switch it over to my wife's car so she can have satellite radio and get a new head unit for my car. I love Kenwood radio's. What is the difference between Kenwood Excellon, and a Kenwood that isn't Excellon? Also, I was looking at Clarion radios. How do Clarion radios compare to equally priced Kenwoods in general? I like the looks of a Clarion better than Kenwood. I had a Clarion CD player 6 or 7 years ago in my old Pontiac 6000. Seemed like a pretty good radio until some scumbag stole it. Any opinions will be greatly appreciated! Matt
