what is a good wattage to give my kicker solobaric l5 12" subs?
it can handle 600 rms so whats the best wattage 600 or something below?

An amp putting out 600rms or more is best.

A clipping amp does a lot of damage to a sub. You want a clean signal going to the sub, all the way to the subs maximum handling.
