Clarion 74EQ Equalizer? Any good?
OK I bought this used for $50 and it is a 7 band EQ with subwoofer controls. It has one input and 3 outputs (front, rear, sub). Is this unit worth while adding to my system and how would i hook it up to my alpine 7894 headunit, JBL 600.1, and JBL 80.4 amp? The reason i ask is my headunit has 3 outputs to begin with but i would really like to be able to finetune my sound even more. (Im a SQ freak.) Like i said it has 3 outputs but the EQ has one input and 3 outputs. any ideas?

Just take the front RCA's front your headunit and connect it to the input on the EQ, then from there connect connect each of your amp inputs to the EQ.
I have a similar EQ, the Clarion EQS560. I have yet to put it in but it has the same configuration as yours and that is what I plan on doing. Good luck.
