Engine: =350 sbc
Transmission: TH350
Axle/Gears: 3.73
Need help with a 1 farad capacitor
I just bought a 1 farad voodoo capacitor and it has no instructions on how to use it.I know you have to charge it before you have to use it.But how do you charge it and for how long.Also it didnt come with a charging light either.

well...it is easy to use...sometimes they come with a little resistor you use to connect it to the power source to charge it...if you do not have I have used th efollowing method...disconnect your power source from battery, ground the capacitor(do not connect to amps) and then reconnect the positive.

Do you have a single wire test light? You can use that to charge it.
Hook the negative terminal on the cap to ground, then hook one end of your test light to the positive coming from the battery. Then put the end of your test light on the pos. terminal of the cap.

EDIT: Here's the type of test light I'm talking about......
