DynaMat...But cheaper

Ok, so my friend who has a Thunderbird SC found this on an SC board. It is called Peal and Seal and is a roof sealing material. It is sold at Lowes Home Improvement and is pretty much the EXACT same thing as DynaMat... as far as we can tell. It even looks exactly the same. We haven't bought it yet and I was wondering is anyone else has heard of using it or used something like it.....

yea, this comes up pretty frequently, its supposed to work well, but thats all hearsay... ive never seen/used it
