CD Player - Panasonic CQ-DF402U

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone owns or knows anything about the Panasonic CQ-DF402U cd player. I was wondering if it would be a good buy. I don't know much about car audio, so I need some opinions. The picture of which one it is, is attached. Any help would be great, Thanks.

Crutchfield

I was wondering if anyone has delt with Crutchfield. I found CD-Player there for $169.99, and was wondering if I should purchase it from there. Although I don't know how there reputation is.

Ya, Crutchfield is great, and sometimes gives you wiring harnesses and stuff like that, but you can get a better price almost anywhere else. Check www.ikesound.com, its alot cheaper there, and they are a very reputable online company, several people have delt with them on here and I hear good things. I myself am getting ready to order over $800 from them.
