Alpine car amp question

I just "acquired" a used Alpine power amp and was wondering if anyone would know the power of it. It is model MRH-F255 and is a 4 channelamp with a sub woofer drive. No power indication is marked on the amp. It is in a silver case and is 10.5 by 8.5 inches. thanks

One word: . . . SEARCH!

Just kidding, but your best bet would be to go to Alpine's website and search the website for the model and description of your amp. Hopefully they'll have technical specs of your amp. OR, you could go to Crutchfield's website and search likewise.

From the model number, I would guess it's rated at 25 watts RMS x 4. Sub channels is prolly 60 or 70 watts RMS.

That sounds more like max power then RMS. Alpine's old amps were rated at 4 ohm @ 12V and was reflected in there model number.

Redbird, I prefer to say, "If you can't get an answer on thirdgen.org, then you can't get an answer". As always you guys (and gals) are the best.
