Hmm lowriders is just down the street from me, Ive dealt with them before, they're a pretty good shop.

 

I just bought a set of Boyd's from Discount Tire.. cheapest place I could find. I bought a different style and in 17's, however I ended up paying under $200US per rim including lugs, chrome stems, and a set of locks. And at the moment they have a free shipping promotion going on...

 

Oh man I hope your kidding about the free shipping, i just ordered a set just last week

nope, free shipping within US as you mentioned.. and I have a US mailbox which is about a 20 minute drive from me so I get everything shipped there and bring it across the boarder myself.
