Sorry i had to correct the years i want.
It has to be drivable to school everyday, a V8 would be good but the world isn't perfect(ill take a V6)
, i mainly just want this car to listen too loud music and have loud exhaust.
T-Tops are nice
Must be drivable
Should i be concerned about emissions test here in chicago(dupage)?

idk about dupage, but in mchenry county and boone county we have no emissions testing, just an fyi i dont think my car would pass emissions
