Car: 1988 Iroc-Z
Engine: 350 TPI; Stock internals
Transmission: 700r4; TCI-CPVB; BW Hi-Frition
Axle/Gears: 4th gen 7.5 w/ 3:42 gear
1988 IROC 350/700r4 4th gen rear - New goodies!
I've got my eyeball on a truck so the IROC is up for sale!
1988 IROC -
-350 TPI - No internal mods
-K&N filters, Descreened MAF, shorty headers (unknown brand), 3" header back, Flowmaster
-New: Alternator, A/C compressor, Fuel pump, Fuel filter; Drilled/Slotted front rotors, ceramic pads, inner & outer wheel bearings; Sport Comp style gauges, custom bezel; Idler arm, Centerlink; 3 core aluminum radiator, 4th gen fans; Windshield; Knock Sensor; Accel cap, button, & 8MM wires;
-4th Gen rear, 3:42 gear, BMR LCAs, Adjustable Panhard bar.
-ZR-1 rims, Kumho Tires (about 40% left), 2" spacers on front
-700r4 rebuilt w/ Borg Warner high friction clutches, TCI Constant Pressure Valve body, 2200 stall, new mount
-New paint 01/01/2012; Cyber Metallic Grey & Sebring Silver strip on bottom.
-Front seats are from a SRT-6 Crossfire, power/heated (I don't have the module to hook up the heated portion.)
I've had the car for about a year and a half & I've done A LOT of work to it. The only issue with the car is that it needs the weather stripping replaced around the T-Tops. If I get asking price, I'll order them & have them sent to you.
Price: $6000obo
Send me an email to ATCFLYBOY02@GMAIL.COM if you're interested.

Just put new bearing in the front & new slotted & drilled rotors w/ ceramic pads in the rear! It's being upgraded just about every weekend!

Ok, give me some opinions... Are there any big turnoffs on this car? If so, I want to know so I can put some attention on them... Thanks!!

The problem I have with the original IROCs is they poke out the rear wheel well wince I've got the 4th Gen rear on it. I sold my original wheels about a year ago...

You asked for some turn off about listing or the car...Here's a few pointers.
How many miles?
A/C and Heat work?
How many owners?
Southern car its whole life?
More pics of interior and motor would be nice to help with sell.
With a 4th Gen rear you limit your options, but there are a lot of really nice shiney wheels for little coin that would make it stand out. The pics make the car look dull and for a recent paint it ought to shine!
You can delete this thread if you'd like.. .just tryin to help a fellow ALABAMIAN out..
