I unhooked the tack. Thats what i was referring to . never been wreaked. no real rust some small small surface spots. If theres any pics you want. just ask .

call a carrier company, I paid 750 to have a car shipped inside a semi (enclosed) from georgia to wisconsin. stay away from the companies that are the middle man. They just call a carrier for you and charge 150 bucks.

 

im not sure how much to ship. i have never done such a thing . i would d just get a tuck and a trailer and grab it yourself. to bad transporter tech has yet to be invented. i could just beam it to ur house lol .

 

LoL that'd be nice, I have a truck and could rent a car trailer. The problem is I don't have time for a 26 hour road trip, I work 65 hours 7 days a week.

i have no trailer . at $1600 i should really just walk out throw you keys and title go back inside and take a nap lol ; )

ill post engine shots. It looks like any other TPI engine. the insides in good shape. no sagging head liner . few craks in the dash. the inside looks its age. but no torn seats or burns lol . body is godd with only 2 spots of surface rust . does need paint to look good.


Please guys this is not a parts car. not saying you cant do what you want with it after buying. I just assume no thirdgen.org member is going to part out a 90 irocz that needs a fuel pump .


PS. at 1600 im keeping my aftermarket tach

 

Pictures tell 1000 words, I'm sure some people would like to see the heads, how clean it is. Also condition of belts hoses and fittings tell allot about the cars past, and how it was taken care of. I would say 85 percent of the time I can tell how well a car runs just by looking at it, and the motor.

For 1600 it doesn't really matter, just that the car is in tact. But it doesnt hurt as a selling point.

 

Do you have any paper work on the Rebuilds at all?

 

I will pay $2000.00 if you can get it to AZ, but I sure would like to see engine.

The build was done by the owner before me. who had several 3rd gens and a full shop at his house . the 1 i got from him being the slowest street car he had. ill pm you the adress and you can come see it whenever .

 

I drove out to look at the car, but nobody answered the door, Car looks like it has been repainted black over the factory Yellow Color......

 

Yea it was a factory Yellow Iroc . witch is allot more of a rare find then a black 1 . i forgot i did not have that posted that in this add .

Sorry I drove out today in my Grand National figured I'd show ya I'm a car guy also, but the Iroc needs alittle more than what I'm looking to get into. But good luck with the sale.

 

it needs fuel pump,starter,battery,and paint and of corse a very good cleaning lol . to be a perfect running 3rd gen thats rare and flashy. i take you assumed the paint was better then it was . no worries thanks for the interest. i would have lov to seen you GNX . that c10 out front was my st car .and its a fully built 327 -350th combo. that looks like a ratty old truck . total sleeper . runs low 11s on slicks




Guys at this price. the way it sits. is a complete steal. Please dont make me part it out . yes ill make about a 1000 more . but ill be gutting a almost no rust 1990 thats solid as can be just happens to need . paint,battery,fuel pump and a starter .

how much power?

 

not sure . ran flat 13s all day did dip into the 12s more then once.i would say maybe guess something like 300hp+ and 350ft.lbs+ based of its times

 

UPDATE!!! I was able to start the car today .using ether it ran for about 4 secs before using it all up. the starter might be able to turn it again. but was on its last leg when i did it today. the engine seems to be 100% fine as i predicted . no knocks,rattels or leaks

 

if you have it in 2 weeks I'm coming to get it no questions asked

 

bunp . started motor yesterday. this car is a steal at this price. if not sold in 3 weeks . will part out. do not want to do that to such a soild car that needs 1 part to be back on the road .

Do you know why the dash Z28 IROC-Z emblem has been replaced with the wrong year (Red instead of Yellow)?

dash emblem i replaced because the other 1 was cracked. I happen to have a extra 1 at the time so i figured why not.

Priced at 1600 for super fast sell. im so confused how this is still for sale. only 2 people have came to see the car with there own eyes. Im sure if more had came it would be gone by now. great price on a great car . very strong L98. faster then a stock ls1 fbody.

ok Parting out is going to be a no go. I wanted to sale this quick and painless. It has not gone that way. tons of interest no buyers .has third-gen owner lost there dam mind. Im now just got some free times . so thinking ill be using my free time to replacde the starter and fuel pump. until i do so its still for sale . but wouldnt expect that to last .
