Brake System Fluid Capacity

I've searched here, and my shop manual and still don't have an answer. I'm planning on replacing the brake fluid in my car tomorrow with Amsoil Synthetic; how much will I need to use to flush the entire system? I have 2.1 liters of the Amsoil, is that enough, or too much?
