A word of caution...
I've been AX a few times with my bone stock 89 RS. Great fun, but after the first time the car developed a severe wobble under braking. Not to worry I thought as it seemed to be steering related and the steering wheel had worked loose at the same time. However; that was not the case. Yesterday, my mom took my car to the shop to get that wobble fixed after she drove it. Turned out that during AX I had so heated the rotors that they warped. Combine that with worn pads to match, and my car shook like a rock crusher each time I came to a stop.
So, for those of you who think that a thinner rotor (ex. Wilwood's FDL Brake Kit) would make due for a street car (as I thought till yesterday), don't try it. I wouldn't in a million years have thought that a simple bit of AX could have warped the stock rotors to the point of near failure. And the stock rotors a 1.1" thick & vented.
Looks like my proposed Wilwoods are getting changed something a bit better. Baer's Pro-Plus kit looks to be the winner to me.

Wilwood makes some other rotors they just don't pair them with the kits for our cars to my knowledge... I have an old JFZ kit bolted to a set of 3rd gen spindles that's basically a WilWood in my garage right now assembled on the bench. There 12.2x1.25 rotors and vented.

FWIW, you can burn up a set of stock rotors ont he street pretty quick if you push them hard enough. stock front brakes do really suck, contrary to popular belief
