Looking for PBR diagram

I am looking to see if anyone has any PBR diagrams of the tear down and
rebuild or a exploded view. The Chiltons I have has a exploded but it is poorly
drawn and labeled wrong. I am rebuilding my calipers and I am trying to
figure it all out.
Thanks
MDS

Front or rear caliper? I have rebuild sheets for both, I can mail you the whole thing.

I need the rear. I thought the rebuild kit would come with
instructions but it did not. I hear it is easy, any tips you have
would be appriciated. What size is the bottom bolt, 6mm
allen?
Thanks for the help

It's either a 6 or 7mm, I think a 6. I usually get a Wagner boxed rebuild kit and all of them have had the instructions so I have plenty of extra copies. No hints really, just take your time and don't scratch up the piston when it's out.

If I could get a copy of the rear, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Anyone else need a rebuilt instruction sheet? I have 10 or so.

Is there much difference between the 3rd gen pbr's and the 4th gen ls1 pbr's? I've got the ones that came with the rear but the guy i got the rear off of painted them horribly there's paint in places there shouldn't be. So i'm sand blasting them and cleaning them up might as well rebuild them at the same time

Yes they're different. All rear PBRs are essentially the same from '89-97 but the LS1 rears are very different.

Re: Looking for PBR diagram

Do you have any more of these rebuild kits left?
