Rotor hot spots???

Engine: 350 TPI

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.23

Rotor hot spots???

I bought a couple of used rotors for my LS1 brake swap and I took them to have them turned, the guy said they tried to turn them but they are bad because they have "hot spots". Are they pulling my leg or are these rotors junk?

they're junk. Pep boys sells american made rotors for like $58 a peice
