Confused! proportioning valve..

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.90 10 bolt eaton posi
Confused! proportioning valve..

I am converting my rear brakes to the ls1 brakes. I have seen a lot of info on the proportioning valves. but there is soo much, i am getting lost. For the time being, I will probably use the original MC and PV. So if I do this will my rear brakes be too strong or too weak.

that would depend on which brakes you are upgrading from

I am upgrading from my stock 1985 rear disk. To 98-02 disk.
