I want to say you still need to do some fabricating/modification to get that kit to work. I've read a bit into it, but can never remember the details of the swap since I've never seen any really good pictures or diagrams. I'm very interested in this conversion as well.

Kit showed up today- false advertising! Not very pleased.
-Pushrod is just a threaded rod, no rod end or other way of mounting it to the pedal.
-The aluminum plates won't fit the brake booster holes (like the picture suggests).
Okay, I'm editing this again. The profab kit for $99.00 is the same strange kit sold through jegs for $130.00 which makes me feel somewhat better.

Does this picture not suggest a Bolt-in deal??
Here's what actually showed up..
(no rod end, aluminum plates different)
"product may very from pic" *Learn to spell and post pic's of your actual product. Hey, wanna buy an engine.. well it doesn't Actually come with the carb, intake, or ignition in the picture. Oops, forgot to mention that.
Okay the manager had an exuse, strange changed the kit and stopped sending the rod end and plates- Update your website! They ship this new kit out under the same part number, not pro fabs' fault entirely, they did know about the change tho. I kindly suggested they take down the picture or change the description when asked "well what do you want me to do?" They also asked if I wanted a refund which was kuuL of them. I would still consider dealing with profab because they offered me a refund.
FYI
Buy your own dodge master cylinder...
Advance auto sells for 28.00 and 20.00 core charge. You would still need a pushrod setup and adapter plates, line fittings, etc.
Here's a rod end I picked up from Napa for $8.99 it's 3/8" fine thread. Bolts/washer/lock washer/nuts also in 3/8" fine thread bought at napa, grade 8, cost me 1.00
Part# 732-1129
Make your own pushrod...
If you were going to piece this kit together yourself, I'd say you could use a grade 8, 3/8" fine thread bolt that's 4 1/4" long, grind the head off the bolt and round it smooth. Dremel, bench grinder, etc. That will put you at the same length as the pushrod in the strange kit.
Make your own adapter plate...
Sorry I don't have spec's here, shouldn't be that hard though. Aluminum plate 1/2" thick, 6 studs of the proper size, a tap, and a couple of drill bits.
Brake fittings, stud size, mastercylinder part #...
Hey if I gave you all the info to do it yourself you wouldn't have any fun!
