Seat belt recall
I was looking at the FAQ and towards the end there was this:
Q: What is the purpose of the "seat belt" recall?
A: This is for the 1984 to 1990 Camaros. Some of the button
assemblies on the seat belts will not connect or release over time.
The buttons also become discolored (to a pink color) and brittle
especially when exposed to long periods of sunlight. The recall
number is #90-C-22. Contact a dealership near you about replacement
of the button assemblies. This should be done free of charge.
Is this true? And can it still be done, because my button assemblies are turning pink and I have a hell of a time buckling the passenger side and back drivers side. If they still do this, where at? At any body shop, or does it have to be a Chevy dealer? Any info is appriciated, cuz with the way I drive, my passengers are in love w/ there seat belts.

Yes, it is true and should still be done free of charge by all GM dealers. There was a post about this a short time ago, do a search, it has more info. Hope this helps.

I got mine done a couple months back. You just need to give the dealership your vin and they will check and make sure you are covered and haven't already had the repair done. I had to wait a week because they didn't have the parts in stock. Took them about 20 minutes to do it.
