Blasted DOOR HINGES!
Has anyone ever replaced the upper door hinges on there thirdgen? I saw a "HELP" repair kit from autozone that has the upper pin assembly.
Just curious if anyone has replaced there hinges with this unit and if it was hard or not. My doors on my 84 firebird need them badly.
They aren't that expensive, but are they going to last?

The home depot idea does have some advantages. It is very cost effective. But the door hinges will never be right!
The price of the UPPER door hinge repair kit is really already at the point that I will probably never make any real profit from it. In case you haven't noticed. Some more of my own personal money has again been spent on upgrading my 1LE page. New photos and info. Anyone willing to help me out $$ wise?
This stuff isn't free. I pay for it.

Andy,
Your price is fine. I'll probably be ordering some in the next month. These guys just don't know a good deal when they see it. Or their doors are not sagin enough yet.
PS I just read your stuff on the 1LE mod. SWEET!!! That rocks!!
If I had the money I would start that!! I'm takin a CNC class for fun right now and I might use this as a project!!!!!
