I am removing the pass. side fender on my 88 camaro and I am curious to know how long this task might take.Because Im sure all of you have gotten into an "easy" job before and ended up pullin some hair out So basically im asking to snyone who has done this... est. how long,how difficult,how messy thanks

an hour tops, the only problems that i ran into is where the fender connects to the front bumper cover. it has some littlle plastic holders that were a pain to get out. other thatn that just disconnect the ground effects, the 10mm bolt on the top of the fender, your going to have to pull the hood strut off. be carfeul not to drop your hood, i just took mine off. there are a few braces under the front bumper cover and a big bolt (1/2" i think) under the sie ground effects. becareful not to mes up your antenna. I just lifted the whole thing over the top of it. other thatn that it didnt take that long at all, why do you need to take it off? just wondering. hope it helps

it is hard to get the plstic things out because you need to hold them inbetween the bumpercover and the fender with a pair of needlenose pliers, and get your and way up into the corner of the fender with a small socket. it washard, cuz i could only get like a 1/4 turn on the ratchet at a time. and it is really hard, cuz it piece wants to spin.

Someone backed into it and messed it up good..But thank *** for ebay!i won a new fender the exact mauii blue color for $75---I got $600 from the wreck(thats how im getting my "ss" cowl induction hood) but sssshhhhhhhhh! dont tell nobody lol
