I like it. Under the vents seems to be the position of choice for tach mounting. I think you ride will look even better once you are finished. And clean off that dash!!

lol i will i also have the dash mat sitting in the backseat but i still need to wait for the rest of my taxes to get back so i can order gauges for my pillar .
the reason i put my tach there was so it would be out of site and to keep it from the sun. my only worry is that when iam racing and get sloppy and miss the shifter i will hit the tach

trust me when i say you won't have to worry about seeing when to shift with that light. You could mount thta thing on the roof facing backwards and still see it. Well maybe not, but you get the idea on how bright that thing is...

what i meant was for it to be out of veiw when i am just drive around town and it has a shift lite on so i dont need to stare at the thing when iam racing. and that thing is bright as hell. and to think i was going to order the LED light conversion for it
