will a 4th Gen TA Wing work just like GT Auto's?
are there any differences?
(i would assume that GT designed just for the thirdgen)
i am planning to sell my 88 Camaro and get a trans am. i would put a 4th gen spoiler and a ram air I hood.
i will miss my six though, but haveing a eight, and being that it will be a trans am will be slick

Well, no and yes. No it won't just bolt on. Yes, there are differences. The two middle pedestals don't touch the decklid, they stop about 1.5 inches above the deck. You have to fill in the difference with either fiberglass, or bondo or something. Some little areas require "tweaking" so they stop rubbing. However, I got mine for around $275 shipped so I made do. I also contoured "spines" into the middle two pedestals wrapping them down under the decklid. I can post pix later if you need to see them...

first question:
yes to console, no to dash

Second, when i was looking for a fourth gen wing, Billy graham was selling them for 100$.

we had to cut the wing in half and take about 1 inch out of the center to make it fit right then extend the center feet to meet the deck lid and then the fun part was working the arm to fit the glass just right. lots of fun but it fits great.

Nope to cutting the wing, just slapped it on and did some minor sanding. Yes to hacking the bumper for exhaust tips. I hate tips that hang down or point down. Looks like a turd hanging off a fish!

I love the tires too. I'm thinking about hacking my rear bumper too. But myine is a 91 Trans am style. ANd I might put in the horizontal tips from those Z28's
