Body Side Molding

Looking for a set of body side door moldings. If anyone out there would have a set, color does not matter as I will be painting them to match the car. PM me if you have anything available. Thank you in advance.

Re: Body Side Molding

My 1984 Trans AM has the factory mounted body sire mouldings which are colour keyed. U hardly know they are present as they blend right in.
Decades ago, I installed the aftermarket body side mouldings on my 1970 Chevelle. Real door ding savers.
U could purchase aftermarket set & have them installed. I would do that.

You can buy the 87-92 style that comes in two rolls (82-86 are different). They do have to be cut. I've still got a set, but I'll be using them eventually when I have my car repainted.

Well darn. I just checked Camaro Central and it looks like they've been discontinued.

Re: Body Side Molding

Are you looking for a full 6pc set, or just the long ones for the doors? I believe I still have a couple sets of good used ones. But I'm currently out of town and can't double check.

Thank you for the offer. I was able to get the full 6 piece set (used) from a guy up in Michigan, so I should be set.

I did that back in 1970 after purchasing a new chevelle. Came in a roll with double sided strong sticky tape. Easy to install

Does anyone have a recommendation for the sticky tape?
