T-Top mounts

My t-top mounts are about gone (the plastic adjusters). From years of use the screws have created large grooves in the slots, and won't hold their position now. Has anyone ever made any aluminum mounts, or something similar out of a stronger material ? I figure if I'm going to replace them, I'd rather only do it once If not, does anyone happen to have the GM part number for them, if they're still avalable ? Thanks!

I would think that metal ones would potentially create a metal on metal rattle, as well as creating wear on you t-top holding pins.
