I need all your help on deciding what kind of door decals I should get for my '88 Sport Coupe. . I've already decided to stay away from the IROC-Z ones (I may be adding a hood in the near future, though), and I have two other ideas and need your help.

My first idea was to have a set of custom decals made that said SPORT COUPE in the EXACT same font as the IROC-Z decals.

My second idea was to have a set of decals made that said CAMARO in the EXACT same font as the IROC Z decals.

Please don't tell me not to get IROC style font; I don't care; I LOVE that font, and I'm trying to give the IROC owners some dignity by making other decals in that FONT but not IROC decals.

Let me know what you guys think.

 

I won't flame you for wanting that font, it does look cool. I like that idea, I think CAMARO would look great, it would make lots of people take a second look IMO. I say go for it, and post pics when your done .

 

How about either Camaro SC or just SC? I like the font too.

 

Personally, I wouldn't find Sport Coupe or Camaro all that good of an idea, first who cares if it's a sport coupe, nothing special, and Camaro, I think that's just as bad as people putting Sunfire or whatever as a windshields banner, like we don't know what it is. Please don't take it the wrong way, I'm giving my opinion, and I think it's cool you're not trying to fool anyone about it being an IROC.

hey thanks to those who gave me the ideas for the decals. the CAMARO 5.0 idea is cool, but in today's society, that makesmy car sound more like a computer program but i'm loving the Camaro SC idea...i never even thought of that one! i think i may go with that decal.

And to Mark A. Shields...remember, if it weren't for the sport coupe, which was the first camaro out in 1967, we wouldn't have your precious IROC. now would we?
