Hatchet Pull down Doesn't tag along

Hatchet Pull down Doesn't tag along
So, yesterday I just took the car out from its winter hibernating den.
Everything seemed to work fine except the Rear hatchet pull down function and the tachometer who indicates "maxiumum" when the ignition is on.
The funny thing is, when I went to the garage this morning, the damn hatchet was in the bottom position again just like it have pulled it down during the night ???
I found a wiring diagram on the web and tried to search for fault but didn't find anything obvious. (With that said, it aint a successfull search)
Anyone who has experienced the same?
