it covers he dash and makes the dash apear different..it is good good for older cars to make their interiors look more up to date or in some cases be cheaper to cover old worn out dash with a plastic or fiberlass covering. most look great.

Car: too many ...
k1 is the only one i've seen so far. try your local custom shops tho ... i know there are alot of shops that work on sporttrucks and such that will make custom fiberglass dash shells to your liking ... and yes its expensive but damn if the k1 kit is like $700 then what have you got to loose?? hahah

here is a pic of a custom dash shell (very custom):

if you look closly in my sig, its in my "Future" list, and the V6 and V8 use the same Air intake Setup so it would fit, but its only the sheet metal and it attches to the airbox you have. You have to cut up the airbox you have though. If you want to build one yourself, theres an article in the tech articles section of this site. I just don't trust my handymanship to do it myself.

i could drill holes in the air ducts for water to drain if you like, put it would be hard for water to make it that far up, a lot of people have been talking about this, so do a search
