Does anyone know best way to fix a passenger side headlight that sticks when turning off headlights? Motor works hence the headlight will pop up but when I turn off I have to spin the *** next to the light to get it to close.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

 

2 things to look at...
Inside the motors, there is a part that disintegrates... check out Top Down Solutions / TDS for parts to replace...

Other thing...
There is a relay box, near driver side / firewall that has relays for the up/down headlights... If this is faulty, could also be issue...

TDS also sells these, but try the 1st option, cheaper, especially if you've never messed with the motors before...

Those little bushings in the motors are turned to dust. Get the rebuild kit from Lonsal at Top Down Solutions. That'll fix you up.
