A body shop might be willing to tackle the project. It would be MUCH cheaper to just replace them with used glass t-tops though.

Follow what FueldSoul did in his writeup. You yourself can do the wetsanding and then just invest $30-50 in a buffer. You will use the buffer again and you would be paying a shop at least $30 anyway.
