Rocker Panel Drainage

Washed my car on the weekend (2 days ago), took it for a quick ride and parked it in the driveway. It's been sitting since and the weather has been cool/damp, but no significant rain.

I pulled into my driveway today and noticed that there's was a big wet spot on the driveway just in front of the driver's side rear wheel. I touch it, definitely water, and it's dripping out of the rear end of the rocker panel. It's late and dark out so I cannot see exactly where.

I had this exact same issue with my 4th gen last year, and it turned out that the rocker panel had a few drain holes along the bottom of it that where clogged, so it was holding water, which would slowly drip out from the end of the rocker panel for days after a wash or a good rain.

I figure the same thing is going on with my 3rd gen now, but since this is a T/A the rocker panel is sorta covered by the big plastic skirt/gfx thing, so the drainage holes are a lot less obvious.

Does anyone know where the rockers panel drains are located on the 3rd gen? Hopefully I don't need to remove the plastic skirt to access them?
