Finally got the SFC's welded in today now to get the front weight jacks, struts and casters in. As promised here is a video of the sequential tail lights.

I know it's been awhile since I've been here but I'm prepping for Carlisle Chevy Nationals!

Re: POST YOUR BLUE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS
I got the front weight jacks on and set it to 26 inches from ground to the fender measuring from the center of the wheel. Have to be careful of driveways but driving it the air dam is fine. Still need to do the struts and strut mounts but I will have my alignment guy put those on when he aligns it. Pretty happy with the results and how it drives. The struts are definately showing their age.

A buddy from work was going threw some his hot wheels collection and came across this and gave it to me. Even the wheels look like C6's hah.

Re: POST YOUR BLUE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS
This thread been sliding down so time for a little bump. My t-top bar has had some surface rust on it for quite some time now. Well it's getting bad enough that I ordered the stainless steel one from Hawks and now I will let a local body shop install it. I thought about just doing it myself but just not sure I want to mess with it. For $150 they can do.

Re: POST YOUR BLUE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS
Had a little accident in the garage. It's fixed already but when they took off the nose it put some crease marks in the paint by the drivers inside headlight bucket. New nose was ordered and should be painted wednesday. If there wasn't a previous repair there like they said caused it, I will be having some pretty harsh words with them. They work they did otherwise was great and paint match was dead on.

Re: POST YOUR BLUE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS
Here's 2 pics of how I found it in the barn after 6 years of sitting, after getting it home and a car wash only, and an outside pic of the first day that I was able to drive her after 6 months of working on it. The paint is 96 Viper GTS 10 Blue. Sorry! Not sure why the final picture is upside down as it looks normal on my laptop.

Re: POST YOUR BLUE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS
uuugh, dirt barn floors, poor thing. If people with dirt floors parked their car over a tarp, and then placed a board or two under the tarp just to keep water from standing under the car, it would save the underside of so many cars. Good looking car, love the shade of blue.

Re: POST YOUR BLUE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS
Thanks OK! Tell me about it! Actually the underside (body wise) is really solid. It has a little surface rust/calcification (white stuff on the floor pan) and only 1 hole that goes through and that's behind the passenger rear wheel in the back lower corner of the wheel well. It was sitting in wood chips which is what I think saved it. It cleaned up well and quickly but the clear coat is shot basically and the paint at the top of the windshield is faded. Once the body/paint becomes my focus, I need to figure out what to do with it and whether or not I can get away with just a clear coat refresh or if I have to get it painted completely?? But that's a ways off since i'm still dealing with the engine/trans/diff and some electrical demons inside the car. I've only had it for 6 months and I've had very little time to work on it.

Re: POST YOUR BLUE CAMAROS AND FIREBIRDS
Well here's my blue baby 1990 rs 3.1L I've had this car for 15 years done a lot of work and as you can see still not done yet. Mechanical first then paint body and interior. Time I'm done with this thing I could buy a new one with the dough I'll have tied up in it.
