Re: T-top help !

Silicon spray will help stop the creaks. Check those plastic barrel inserts where the pins go into. They may be shot.

Re: T-top help !

Creaks come from two surfaces rubbing together, using a silicone spray should help. Spray Armor-all or something similar on a towel and rub it into the seals. Should help some.

Agreed. My dealer used to use it all the time on M/L (Astro/Safari) van sliding doors, and dutch doors to a lesser degree. Those early (pre-96) sliders used to squeak as much as t-tops. Put some pure silicone on a rag, wipe the gaskets down each time you wash the truck/car, and the noises will be 90% eliminated.

Not necessarily this, but this or something like it...

Re: T-top help !

Could try moving the T-top around to try to locate the squeak. IIRC, the T-Top shouldn't move at all let alone enough to cause it to squeak.
Could also try removing the T-Top and extending the pins, then try moving the pins around to see if you can duplicate the noise. that or remove the T-Top cover and look around inside.
I agree on the possibility of the receivers bring cracked or misaligned. They are under the head liner though.

Sorry for the delayed response guys, haven't had the time to try anything out but will try extending pins before laying down some spray. I'll keep you guys posted, thanks a lot for the advice !

our cars are notorious for being "flexible". adding sub frame connectors to it will eliminate most of the flexing . which is the root cause of your squeaking.
