84z28 build started
I had posted about a build of a 1984 z28 that was just started. Professional job. Just ordering some parts. Engine will be 1987 350, will be carburated.Looking over car the "egg crate" the front bumper fits over is in poor shape, it may work but the plastic is very brittle. Is there somewhere a person can buy these? Used is fine. Also I am going to post about interior separately but thought would mention here. Car has the gray interior with the stripes on bolsters and top of door panels, any ideas on getting door panels. Again ones I have will work but would like to find nicer, also seats if anyone has any, same thing. Other question is on carburator, 1987 350 single main seal is going into 84. Edelbrock Performer intake - Idle-5500 rpm. Any suggestions on carb? Major work starts next week, after he finishes serious aftermarket 1963 vette body dragster.

Edelbrock lists intake as idle to 5500 rpm which is redline I believe. Other edelbrock intake was 1500 to 5500 rpm. Decided to go with edelbrock performer, idle to 5500 rpm intake.. now need to decide on carb. Engine compartment being readied/painted. Want to get engine in and running. Rebuilt 1987 350ci

Ok, I see what you're saying now, I was just a little confused, thanks.
I'm partial to holley carbs, my guess is a 650 cfm would do you just fine, either double pumper or vacuum secondary, but here is a calculator that is pretty useful:
