Sagging around headlights

Sagging around headlights

Started bodywork on 86Z. The flat below the headlights is sagging. Any fix, other than a new nose? Also how to prep nose/ground effects for paint?

fab up a bracket to hold a sheet of metal to hold it up from the bottom side.
