Best way is a locksmith, they can pick it open in a few minutes, easy locks to them.
Otherwise cut through the rear trunk plastic panel to access the cable or to unbolt the latch mechanism mounting bolts from the bulkhead.

If it has a rear cargo area light,you can simply pry out the light cover and get access to the cable.it would be on the left hand side.Just give it a tug and it should pop the mechanism

Thanks. I did what you said and finally got it open. Now I need to figure out how to fix it. LOL When I turned the round black **** that's behind that light the hatch lifted and popped. When I close the hatch it retracts down as it should. I checked the wires going into the center console switch and the aren't getting any power. The power windows don't go down but their switches are getting power. I'm not good at electrical and don't really know how to track down the problem.
