I recently seen a pic of the back of nosaints 86 Firebird.I see that he did not have the third brake light on the outside of the glass. How hard would it be to remove it and what did he possibly use to plug the holes? The pics are under (86FyrBird zaino'd his car head to toe)Any info on the removal would be greatly appreciated,Thanks.

Car: 1986 Trans Am
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: Auto
all u have to do is to take the screws off the top of the brake light and then there are two plastic screws inside the hatch. just screw them off and no more light.

I got some hatch mount bolts from a junk yard and used them to fill the holes.
