silly boy, if you put a sticker with the same size increments, youd notice, 1. it wouldnt work therefore you have to buy the whole unit that has 140 and if you get bored, up it to 180, or 120 and up to 145 with stickers.......

Do you have a tach? If so I'd just leave it alone... I like the feeling I get when I'm on an on-ramp and the speedo rushes to the trip meter ****. If you got a 140 cluster you'd be looking at a pitiful 105-110 or so and it really wouldn't look as fast. To use the tach as a speedo, create a ratio like this:

Say my car goes 60 MPH at 2000 RPM (in 5th gear)...

We take this 2000 RPM and divide by 60 to get a ratio of about 33.3

Then we take the RPM that you want to calculate for: 3900 (?) and divide by the ratio we got before: 3900/33.3 = 117 MPH

But do that afterwards. The last thing I wanna see on the news is some dude splattered all over the interstate and somebody going: "Well, I think he was doing long-division...".

A 140 Speedo will work in your dash as long as you have the gage package. If you have the idiot lights with no gages, then your out of luck for getting a 140 Speedo, those are cable driven for some reason...

I know where there is a 140 Speedo for $60 in a salvageyard...
