Floor pan replacement.

I currently have a 91 z28 that I am building and I have to replace the floor pans. I already have the replacements. Came with the car. I just wanted to know if anyone here has done this before and if there are any pointers or problematic areas I should be aware of before attempting this. Thanks

Re: Floor pan replacement.

I believe they are the two piece pans. All I have is a driver and passenger side pan.

Re: Floor pan replacement.

i would love to see a pic of the floor pan set, i have yet to actually see a reproduction floor pan on this forum, beginning to think they will just make one when someone orders it.

Re: Floor pan replacement.

if there the two piece then I would rip all the carpet seats out then take it to a shop and have them install them because they often dont fit well and you have to cut to make fit and then I have had to add to the center before

Damn ok. I'm gonna strip it then go from there. My brother is a skilled metal worker so if he can help me with it or he may just tell me to bite the bullet and have it done. Thanks for the heads up
